How do you fund your research?

We initially secured monies from a deanery 'Innovation Grant'. This was used to fund our first annual general meeting and to pay for our first subscriptions to SurveyMonkey, Basecamp and our website host. We have now been allocated a small packet of annual funding from our deanery to contribute towards the above each year. Other ways of obtaining funds include an annual conference, sponsorship (not yet done) and winning national grants (not yet achieved).

So far, we have only required funding for our website which has been funded by the local research budget. We intend to apply for a deanery grant for infrastructure support as well as individual project grants, in the future.
